This delivery schedule is not guaranteed...
Weather, our schedule, UPS holidays all play havoc with it.
Even though we work on weekends, UPS does not, therefore,
Saturdays and Sundays are NOT considered working days!

How
do I place an order?
1) Add an item to your shopping cart
by clicking the "add to cart" button
next to it.
You will then need to fill in your zip code
and your preferred shipping method so the UPS
calculator can accurately calculate your
shipping.
2) When you're finished shopping, click the "check out
now" button
located at the top of each page or at the
bottom
of the shopping cart pages.
3) You'll be asked if you are a California resident
because all Cali-residents must pay the
government a small
percentage. Next, select the payment method you
wish to use.
4) Fill in the appropriate information...
name, phone number, mailing address, shipping
address, etc.
Put in your credit card # and expiration which
goes
through the secure server, or print and
send your order in with a check or money order.
5) Wait by your door for the UPS delivery person to
ring your doorbell. It's like
Christmas...

SHIPPING
All orders shipped via UPS which will provide insurance and a tracking
number. Hawaii and Alaska orders click here for other shipping
options.
Shipping is calculated by the shopping cart which uses a UPS calculator to insure accurate
shipping costs. You can ship via UPS ground, 3 day select, 2nd day air, and next day
air.
Please remember that UPS is closed on
weekends and holidays!
It is advised that you call if you need an order shipped UPS Next
Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select to confirm that we can get it out that day.
Our orders usually go out between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm PST to UPS, but this is not
guaranteed, especially during the holidays.
This applies to all orders within the Continental United States.
Sorry, but we do not accept International Orders at this time.

We will hold items paid with a money order or check 7 days for it to clear the
bank. Credit card orders are processed immediately and will be shipped within 2 working
days of our receiving the order (unless we are out of town). We will email or call
you if otherwise.

RETURN POLICIES
Please obtain prior approval for any refunds, exchanges, or returns on any items.
If you don't let us know ahead of time, we won't know what to do with it when we receive
it. Approved refunds will be less shipping/handling and may require a 15% restocking
fee. Any merchandise approved for return or exchange must be in the same condition as when
it left our facility and at customer's expense. |

We will immediately e-mail you if a product is out of stock. The shopping
cart should let you know ahead of time. We will let you know an approximate ship
date on the item and will give you the option of waiting for it to come in or getting your
money refunded. |
SECURE
SERVER
What is a secure server? A good question... A secure server encodes the
information you send, such as your name, address, and the all important credit card
number....It turns this...

Then it sends the information to Card Services, Inc, our merchant account
provider. (Not a provider that we reached through all those darn spam emails, but
through our bank, Wells Fargo) When they receive that jumbled line of
numbers/letters/symbols, they use a "key" to unjumble it and then process the
transaction. (The "key" is changed often, so by the time someone is able
to decode the current "key", there is a new key!) Upon approval, they will
send you an email (approved or denied) and then send us an email with your order.
They don't send us your credit card info, just your order. We put the order together
and ship it out, then go online and confirm shipment. You will be sent an email to
let you know it's on the way. |
